Where do I watch the livestream?

The livestream is viewable via the Veeps website, just login to your fan account for access!

How can I watch the livestream once logged into my Veeps account?

Once logged in to your fan account, click on your livestream ticket. This will lead you to your purchase page that will have a button that says ‘view stream’. Click on it and enjoy!

Can I watch the livestream on my TV?

If you have Airplay you can cast it to your TV as well as with a Samsung TV. Otherwise it is viewable on a computer or phone.

Can I watch a livestream after it airs?

Our livestreams are genuinely live events. It’s fully up to the artist’s discretion to leave a stream up. If they choose to do so, it will be announced via their social media.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

All sales are final once purchased. If the event is cancelled and NOT rescheduled, your artist will then issue refunds. Tickets will not be refunded if the event is rescheduled. If you’d like Veeps to review your case, please email [email protected]

What if I purchased a ‘Tour Pass’ livestream?

To access the streams, login to your Veeps account. Once logged in, click on your ticket and it will lead you to the purchase page where a ‘view tour’ button will be located. Click on it and you will see the schedule of your livestream. View each stream on the date/time they air!

Where can I find my purchased tickets?

Login to your Veeps account, click on the “Tickets" button; there you will find all of your purchased tickets.

What is my confirmation for my tickets?

Your confirmation for your ticket is your email confirmation. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. Your confirmation can also be found if you login and click on the “Tickets” tab and proceed to your event.

What if I didn’t get an email confirmation?

Check your spam/junk folder. If still not seen, re-login to your Veeps account, click “Tickets”, then make sure your ticket contact info is correct.

Can I change the name on a ticket?

Yes. Simply sign into your Veeps account, click on the "Tickets" button, and click on the event. There you will see the option to edit names. Just remember to hit ‘save.’

How do I opt out of receiving emails and/or texts from my artist?

For emails your can unsubscribe at the bottom of all email transmissions. For texts, simply reply STOP. You cannot re-enroll to emails and texts from your artists once you have unsubscribed.

How can I change which email and phone number I am being contacted at?

Sign into your Veeps account, click on the “Tickets” button, then click on your event. There you will see the option to change phone numbers and emails. Just remember to hit ‘save.’

I’m in a different time zone, how do I know when the livestream starts?

The livestream will have the accurate time zone and date listed. You can plug this information into Google with your current location to find the start time in your area.

Can I stream on Roku or Firestick?

As of now you cannot. You can view livestreams via the website on a computer or phone.

I’m trying to sign in on the app, but its not working. Why?

Our app is strictly for Artist use! Fans can only login via our website.

Artist FAQ

How long does it take for my artist account to get approved?

It can take up to 72 hours due to current high demand for our livestream service.

How much does Veeps cost?

We do not take any commission from your tickets. No set up or hidden fees.

How does Veeps make money?

a 15% service fee is charged to the fan on top of the ticket price. Example: You sell a ticket for $10, we charge $11.50 to the fan. The $10 goes to you, the artist and $1.50 will go to Veeps.

How does Veeps verify artists?

To create an account, artists must connect with Twitter to be verified.

What if I don’t have a twitter account?

You can provide a different form of social media link regarding your work to our Artists Relations team in order to verify your artist profile.

Can I host a livestream for free?

We do not offer any free tickets, but the lowest ticket sale option is $3.

Am I able to choose my own ticket price?

Absolutely! The ticket prices are solely up to the artist and artist’s team.

Will I be able to host a soundcheck before the stream?

Most definitely! In fact – we always schedule a sound check before your streams so we can be sure everything runs smoothly. Veeps is here for you every step of the way.

I’m not tech savvy, is this going to be easy to figure out?

We made the livestream process as simple as possible. You will also have an Artist Relations team member assisting you every step of the way and going through the process with you via Zoom calls.

How does an artist get paid from sales on Veeps?

Whenever an Artist is ready to get paid they can Request a Withdrawal by logging into their dashboard. A member of the Veeps team will then reach out to gather a W9 and wire/banking information, and have you settled in 2-3 business days. Please note: Veeps deducts all payment processing fees from the settlement with artists.

We do not advance funds. Artists can only request withdrawals for completed events and/or tours.

I want all proceeds donated to charity, is this possible?

Your proceeds can definitely go to a charity! We also offer a ‘donate’ button on streams if needed, for extra donations to your charity of choice.

How do Veeps messaging tools work?

Veeps has a mission to bring artists closer to their fans. Veeps offers a free messaging service and communication management platform for artists and managers to connect with fans who buy VIP tickets on Veeps. These messages can be sent in the form of email and/or text and can include a photo.
